1. What is your return policy?
We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase only if the product was purchased directly from 3MTEK Products. You can read more on returns here.


2.Damage via Postal

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a damage via postal, we will send you new item(s). We will afford the cost of resending.


3.Factory Defect

If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new items. We will afford the cost of resending.

5.What is your lead time?
Production time varies based on the models, qty and other requirements In general, production time between 1-3 weeks plus ship time. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Rush shipping is 2-3 business days.


6.Can you rush an order?
Yes, most item has RUSH service available. Notes that price will be different for rush service.


7.How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is via FedEx, UPS or DHL at cost based on the level of service you require to get your merchandise on time: Standard service or Rush service.


8.What is the refund policy?
Refunds will only be issued if the following two conditions are met:

1) We did not follow the order and/or art instructions and made a clear error in either product supplied or artwork supplied (wrong logo).

2) All merchandise has been returned, tested and accepted as defective by us before refund processing.


ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE
Our products are only intended for use by individuals ages 13 and older.
Orders must be complete when submitted to our company.
We require a Purchase Order with the following information:
- Company Name
- Your Name
- Your company address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Complete Item Description
- Quantity
- Ship to Address
- In-Hand Deadline if applicable
- Correct Pricing
All orders will be confirmed via a Sales Order which is sent by our company to you in no more than 24 hours after we receive your Purchase Order.   If you do not receive a Sales Order from our company, please notify us immediately to assure we received your order. It is your responsibility to inform our company in a timely fashion regarding any changes or discrepancies in the order details or specifications.  We only can only begin and process orders upon receipt of a signed (electronically signed) copy of our Sales Order.
